We're looking for a relationship-driven Business Development Executive to grow our client base across the GTA and Ontario.

What you'll do

- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposals, negotiation and closing
- Build relationships with property owners, facility managers and cleaning contractors
- Use your industry network, referrals and events to build a solid pipeline
- Work alongside our consulting team, who support you with expertise, proposals and presentations

What you bring





- A track record in B2B sales or business development
- Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, property management or facilities management
- Existing GTA industry relationships (strongly preferred)
- Confidence engaging senior decision-makers, plus a consultative, high-integrity approach
