Design and develop practical low-code solutions and related tools, including Power Platform, automation technologies, and artificial intelligence tools, to quickly address business needs and generate value; Contribute to the development and implementation of efficiency strategies that address current business needs and support their evolution; Engage and involve stakeholders at the appropriate stages to support the successful implementation of initiatives; Support the development of a proactive culture focused on efficiency and agility while encouraging stakeholder accountability; Identify key performance indicators related to efficiency and innovation and monitor their progress. Has knowledge of Lean principles, considered an asset; Is comfortable working in a sales and distribution environment, considered an asset; Has an advanced level of English and French proficiency, as the role involves collaborating, communicating, and carrying out optimization initiatives with English-speaking and French-speaking leaders and stakeholders on a regular basis. The base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
