This role is responsible for driving governance reporting, operational readiness, support handover processes, process improvement initiatives, executive dashboards, and automation opportunities across a complex technology environment.The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between technology delivery teams, support teams, governance functions, and senior leadership. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including PivotTables, Power Query, formulas, and data analysis.

Experience working with data from multiple sources and performing data analysis.

Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint, or similar enterprise platforms.Governance & Controls Strong understanding of technology governance practices.
