The successful Coordinator will be responsible to support and administer the accurate processing of all Individual New Business applications and inquiries.

You will work in our office in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement, and there may be some roles that are required to work in our office more than the minimum requirement. Process new life insurance applications by entering information into various systems with absolute attention to accuracy and detail.

This includes verifying key pieces of information are included, accurate and complete. Provide exceptional customer service to MGA’s,



AGA’s, external Vendors and Regional Staff.
