The Business Consultant requires a deep understanding of business operations to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Folks with a background in warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution tend to thrive. They understand the flow of inventory and cash across a business.

The role is based in Vancouver or GTA, leads cross-functional teams, manages complex client engagements, and drives measurable business outcomes by providing high-impact solutions that enhance organizational efficiency, profitability, and growth. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior management, working collaboratively to solve complex business problems, implement change, and deliver sustainable results. Your ability to blend strategic insights with operational execution will be critical in helping clients meet their goals.

This position is full-time permanent.

Healthy Project Project Management

Delivery of client project work for a broad group of industries and technologies Keeping the project organized, on time, on budget, and on scope Working closely with Meira team members and client stakeholders to deliver project scope Process Improvement Analyzing for waste, risk, and redundancy to improve the flow of a business Identifying solutions that will help make better, faster business decisions (through data) and transform a business’ ability to make their customers exceptionally happy Building robust, trusted relationships with clients This is a full time permanent position with an annual salary range of $100,000-$120,000.
