Minimum 3-Month Contract | Toronto, Ontario

Korhani is seeking an experienced, highly organized Business Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team on a minimum three-month contract to provide coverage during a leave of absence.

The Business Sales Coordinator works closely with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, Graphics and other internal teams to support the successful execution of customer programs and provide a high level of service to our retail customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate customer account activities and provide day-to-day support to the Sales team
- Manage RFQ and quotation submissions
- Complete and maintain customer SKU/item setup forms, online portals and product information
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely SKU setup and approvals
- Track customer purchase orders and shipments in coordination with Logistics and Supply Chain
- Pull, maintain and track customer POS data for internal review
- Assist with price lists, sales presentations and customer program materials
- Coordinate and track customer sample requests
- Track customer packaging requirements and coordinate timelines with the Graphics team
- Maintain accurate customer,



product and program information
- Communicate with customers as required and provide timely follow-up
- Participate in internal Sales and project meetings and assist with special projects as required

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a Sales Coordinator, Account Coordinator, Sales Support or similar role
- Experience supporting major retail or mass merchant accounts such as Walmart, Costco or similar customers is a strong asset
- Experience with customer portals, SKU/item setup and retail customer processes is an asset
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a strong sense of urgency
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain and other departments
- Team-oriented, hands-on approach with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
