Consulting / business support to our direct and indirect client base Responsible for sound consulting principles on customer assignments Continually provide 100% service excellence to all customers Business & Fund Change Management: Project/Implementation plans / documentation as assigned Provide Client service support to the Client Account Teams and Operations Upkeep of implementation utilities, department process / procedures, and checklists Project Management Of All Initiatives Taken On By Analyst Includes setup, testing and implementation Code testing as required Maintain logs to track issues, action items, risks,



queries and solutions Assists project team in strategic meetings and follow up with meeting notes.

Coordinate the collection and filing of project documentation in the project repository. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Excellent customer relationship skills.

Ability to identify, document and recommend solutions to business problems with accuracy. Innovative – seeks out innovative solutions and champions continuous improvement. Solid knowledge iFAST, iFAST Web Plus, APIs, AWD, Datamarts, and other IFDS Systems.

Excellent client focus as required to obtain business information and assist in solving problems. Results oriented – Strives to achieve high levels of individual and organizational performance. Pay Range (CAD $): 74,000 - 93,000 The salary offered may vary based upon the candidate’s skills and experience, job-related knowledge, and other specific business needs.
