Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. Join our growing team as a Senior Business Advisor within National Claims Learning & Development (L&D;) – Coordination & Enablement. You’ll play a key role in transforming how L&D; operates across the national team.

As a strategic partner to L&D; leaders, you’ll help build and improve the tools, processes, governance, dashboards, and learning solutions that enable teams to work smarter, learn more effectively, and deliver consistent results. Lead projects that improve L&D; processes, workflows, tools,



and ways of working across the national team. Support the implementation of change by assessing impacts, aligning stakeholders, and helping leaders plan for adoption and sustainment.

Analyze learning and performance data—including ramp-up time, proficiency, and knowledge retention—to identify opportunities and recommend practical actions. Bachelor’s degree in administration or equivalent work experience. Minimum 5-7 years’ experience working in project management, operations/process improvement, consulting, and/or L&D; enablement.

Analytical and comfortable using data to set priorities and measure outcomes (KPIs/metrics).
