Duties

- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages efficiently and courteously
- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment following proper food handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas through regular cleaning and sanitizing
- Support the kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed




- Ensure all dishware and utensils are properly stored and organized for easy access
- Follow health and safety guidelines to uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation

Skills

- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards in food service environments
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including basic food handling and preparation skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to support front-of-house staff and kitchen personnel
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices in food service or hotel settings
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a lively environment
