Responsibilities

- Decorate cakes with intricate designs, themes, and personalized touches using various decorating techniques and tools
- Prepare cake fillings, frosting, and icing in accordance with food safety standards and recipes
- Assist customers with cake selections, customization options, and special requests to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the decorating station, adhering to food handling and safety protocols
- Package finished cakes carefully for delivery or pickup, ensuring presentation quality and product integrity
- Collaborate with the management team on food preparation tasks, including baking, portioning, and ingredient handling




- Follow all food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures during all stages of food preparation and decoration

Experience

- Previous experience in cake decorating or bakery settings is highly preferred
- Familiarity with food preparation and kitchen safety standards
- Experience working in a restaurant or food industry environment is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to understand and fulfill customer preferences
- Knowledge of food handling regulations and proper packaging methods for baked goods
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
