Ranch’s year-round programs for children with special needs located in beautiful Mission, BC. As the Camp Operations & Recreation Director, you will lead operations at Zajac Ranch, coordinating both medical summer camps and off-season rentals. This full-time role requires hands-on leadership, a strong service mindset, and excellent organizational skills to create memorable experiences for families and camper groups.

Your expertise will ensure all operations run smoothly while promoting a culture of safety and teamwork. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead all aspects of daily camp and rental operations
- Coordinate guest services and recreational programming




- Uphold high standards for safety and cleanliness
- Monitor site readiness and manage maintenance needs
- Collaborate with teams to enhance guest experiences

Requirements:

- At least five years in related camp or hospitality roles
- Background in program development and staff management
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Transportation required for the role
- Must live on-site with 2-bedroom suite provided
