Job Purpose The Residence Supervisor is responsible for providing effective supervision, guidance, care, and support to students living in the school residence. The successful candidate will help maintain a secure, orderly, supportive, and positive residential environment that promotes students’ academic, social, emotional, and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise students in the residence and ensure their safety and wellbeing.
- Maintain discipline and ensure that school rules, residence regulations, and routines are followed.
- Monitor students’ attendance, study periods, meal times, bedtimes, and other scheduled activities.
- Provide appropriate guidance, counselling, and pastoral support to students when required.
- Promote positive relationships, respect, responsibility, and good behaviour among residents.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies, illnesses, accidents, and other student welfare concerns, reporting serious matters to the relevant school authorities.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, attendance, and other residence-related matters.




- Communicate regularly with teachers, parents/guardians, and school management regarding student welfare and conduct.
- Ensure that residence facilities are kept clean, secure, and conducive to learning and rest.
- Support and participate in school and residence activities, programmes, and events.
- Korean, Vietnamese, or Mandarin Chinese is an asset.

Qualifications and Attributes The ideal candidate should have relevant qualifications and experience in education, childcare, counselling, youth work, or a related field. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, and conflict-resolution skills are essential. The candidate must demonstrate patience, integrity, maturity, reliability, and a genuine commitment to student welfare.
