- Reporting to the Lead Analyst, Business Systems Reporting, the Analyst, Business Systems Enablement supports the development and implementation of system processes, policies, and procedures. The role focuses on improving efficiency by streamlining workflows, reducing manual tasks, and ensuring accurate client data entry across multiple business systems. This data directly impacts both client-facing and internal platforms. The Analyst also ensures requests are completed in alignment with service standards, while contributing to quality control, automation initiatives, and departmental projects that enhance overall system performance.

Client Data Management

Ensure accurate and timely entry of client-related data across multiple business systems. Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation, reconciliation, and quality control processes. Monitor and resolve data discrepancies that affect client-facing platforms and internal operation.

System





Enablement & Optimization Support the development and implementation of internal system enablement policies and procedures.

Process

Improvement & Automation Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation. Contribute to the development of automation tools and scripts in collaboration with technical teams.

Risk Mitigation

Ensure adherence to data governance policies and regulatory requirements Identify and elevate risks related to data accuracy, system integrity, or process failures.
