Under the direction of the Manager Continuing Care Centre, Continuing Care Workers assist residents in all activities of daily living, including eating, bathing, and recreational activities.

The role includes interpreting between residents and staff, performing nursing procedures, and maintaining the quality of life for residents. This position operates on a 24/7 shift basis, requiring dedication and flexibility. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing and dressing
- Provide interpreting services between residents and skilled staff




- Perform delegated nursing procedures effectively
- Ensure optimal quality of life for residents
- Maintain communication skills with both residents and colleagues Requirements:
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification
- Completed Grade 8 education
- Knowledge of medical terminology and conditions
- Preference for graduates from Continuing Care Worker program
