- Conduct initial assessments for service access
- Provide essential needs and harm reduction support
- Liaise with Housing First Programs and Emergency Services
- Offer crisis intervention and supportive counseling
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Social Work/Social Services
- Experience with trauma and crisis management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of social housing systems in the Waterloo region
