As a Client Care Supervisor (RPN), you’ll lead and mentor a dedicated team of Personal Support Workers (PSWs), ensuring our clients receive exceptional care that meets regulatory standards.

Your role will be pivotal in supporting our staff in community settings, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and fostering strong client relationships. If you have experience in home care or a similar setting and are passionate about enhancing the quality of life for others, this is the opportunity you’ve been looking for. Supervise and guide a team of PSWs, fostering a culture of excellence and compassion.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring care delivery aligns with all regulatory standards.

Support Professional Growth: Conduct performance evaluations, provide training, and mentor PSWs for continuous improvement. Work with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to create and execute care plans.

Drive Innovation: Identify areas for improvement in care delivery and implement effective solutions.





Strong Leadership: Proven ability to motivate, and drive team performance while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. A background in home care or retirement home settings is a strong asset.

Organizational Excellence: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proof of a negative TB skin test (2-step Mantoux). Be part of a forward-thinking organization dedicated to continuous improvement.
