Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
- Conduct product demos when needed to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the checkout area is clean and inviting
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding stock levels, customer needs, and sales goals




- Manage time efficiently during busy periods to minimize wait times and maximize customer engagement

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Solid communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail merchandising practices
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities
- Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and team members alike
