Westmount Charter School is currently recruiting a casual Band Aid for the mid-high campus. The position requires working on school operational days. This casual employment will be effective for the 2026-2027 school year, with a mutually agreed-upon hire date through June 29, 2027. The successful candidate will be eligible to work in Canada. Employment is conditional on receiving a current, valid, and transparent police information check, including a vulnerable sector check.
Responsibilities
Sorting, filing, and photocopying sheet music and materials Organizing files, band materials, instruments and equipment Help with minor instrument repairs
Assist with general band room organization
Competencies
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Experience and knowledge of multiple instruments is an asset
Other
Ideal casual position for a student currently enrolled in a post-secondary music program. Flexible daytime weekday hours to work around class schedule
Within walking distance to the University of Calgary
