Applicants will support daily operations by executing various office functions, including organizing schedules, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining records. - Provide clerical assistance across schools and district locations
- Assist the principal with administrative tasks and scheduling




- Perform bookkeeping functions and maintain financial records
- Input data using various computer programs
- Compose and type confidential materials and reports Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One-year secretarial training or equivalent experience
- Two to three years of relevant office experience preferred
- Keyboarding skills of 50 words per minute minimum
