This role emphasizes client-focused rehabilitation, ensuring tailored therapy services for various ages and backgrounds.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful goals. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-person assessments using standardized tools
- Develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with clients and families for client-centered outcomes
- Provide education and coaching to caregivers
- Monitor and document client progress with SMART goals Requirements:
- Registration with COPO is mandatory
- Strong communication and organizational skills
