Southbridge Care Homes is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Thunder Bay, ON to support medications, treatments and assessments for residents. The role participates in multidisciplinary meetings to uphold nursing excellence and quality of care in line with Ontario standards.

The RN will supervise nursing staff, assist in care planning, and help prepare the facility for RAI MDS while ensuring resident safety and dignity in a cooperative team setting.
