Development and implementation of Strategy and Annual Business Plans Establish Strategy and implement Annual Business plans for Product group to achieve sales and margin growth Coach, Support and Educate CSAs as required on applicable products Develop and Deliver training programs to develop CSA’s, Parts and Service Managers Manage Vendor relationships related to Parts including new vendor identification and set-up Market Intelligence on competition, customers, pricing, and segment trends Analyze sales and margin data to identify opportunities for CSA’s and branches. Promote sales of recent & used parts Promote sales of parts programs Facilitate creation of effective parts database As a leader of Product Support Business, the successful candidate must be dedicated to outstanding customer service, be well organized, have a proven track record in sales management and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a highly motivated team.



The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary education in business, engineering, or related experience.

Candidates with a relevant combination of education and experience along with a proven track record in relationship building and sales will be considered.
