Intact is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead the Google CCaaS implementation and ongoing evolution of our cloud-based contact center environment. You will oversee production deployments, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvements to service delivery and business outcomes.

The role is an 18-month secondment requiring robust planning, stakeholder management, and the ability to align IT, Operations, and Planning teams with Intact methodologies.
