As a Director, Project Finance, you’ll lead project finance opportunities from initial prospecting through closing while managing key relationships with sponsors, developers, investors, lenders, advisors and industry stakeholders. Originate and lead project finance opportunities from initial prospecting through closing Play a leading role in establishing and growing a new team and capital deployment capability Develop relationships with project sponsors, developers,
investors, lenders, advisors and industry stakeholders Sponsor and present credit recommendations through approval processes Manage and grow a portfolio of project finance loan facilities Provide technical leadership and mentorship to analysts and lending teams A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, accounting, commerce or a related subject Minimum 10 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure finance, structured finance, private credit, investment banking, project development or complex commercial lending (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) Extensive knowledge of project finance, infrastructure finance, credit risk and portfolio oversight Demonstrated proficiency in stakeholder management and complex transaction execution MBA, CFA or advanced finance qualification Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset At FCC, we’re committed to creating an inclusive, equitable and accessible workplace – one that reflects the communities where we live, work and play.
