The Chairman's Club Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the bartenders, servers, and support staff working in this area and ensuring all applicable policies and procedures are followed consistently. Duties andResponsibilities ~ Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner and ensure delivery of consistently outstanding service by allassociates ~ Help to oversee dining operations and supervise the servers, support staff, culinary team, and bartenders ~ Lead, train,coach,and mentor the team ~ Answer guest inquiries and address concernsin a timely manner ~ Ensure strict compliance with Compass Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Programs ~ Maintain brand standards in setting up,maintaining, taking down a high-end buffet ~ Develop andmaintainrelationships with season ticket holders,



anticipating guests needs Qualifications,Skillsand Abilities ~ Evening and weekend availability required ~ Previousfood and beverage experience or completion of aHospitality Management Certificate ~ Previous supervisory experience required ~ Attention to detail anda strong senseof urgency ~ Excellent communication skills ~ Ability to work in a rapid paced and high-volume environment ~ Demonstrate positive attitude and professional demeanor ~ Ability to move, lift, carry, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds withoutassistance ~ Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
