About the Opportunity

This is an independent, performance-based opportunity for established professionals who are comfortable taking ownership of their activity, development and results.

You'll combine your communication, leadership and relationship-building experience with established digital systems to connect with individuals exploring personal and professional development opportunities.

Rather than stepping into another traditional employed position, you'll have the autonomy to structure your work around your priorities while benefiting from established systems, ongoing professional development and an international community.

Your Focus

Your activities will include

- Engaging with personal growth and leadership education programmes
- Using digital marketing strategies and professional platforms to generate qualified interest
- Connecting with and conducting exploratory conversations with prospective clients




- Building professional relationships with individuals seeking personal and professional growth
- Managing your own activity, pipeline and daily priorities
- Working with established digital systems and business processes
- Participating in ongoing leadership, marketing and professional development
- Applying insights from campaign activity and conversations to continuously refine your approach

Who We're Looking For

This opportunity is designed for experienced professionals, rather than those at the beginning of their careers.

You may have built your career in education, learning & development, training, coaching, consulting, leadership, people development or another professional environment where communication and developing others have been central to your work.

You'll ideally bring

- 5+ years of professional experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience leading, teaching, training, facilitating or developing others
- The confidence and maturity to work independently without day-to-day supervision
- A proactive, self-directed and results-oriented approach
- An interest in leadership, personal development and continuous learning
- The ability to adapt your existing professional skills to digital and online environments
- A desire for greater autonomy and flexibility in how you work
