Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un chargé de projet et maintenance prédictive/performance de flotte pour rejoindre notre équipe Ingénierie en service basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travailler avec notre équipe de développement en service.

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe éngineer en service chargée de projets spéciaux, modèles prédictifs et focaux pour notre performance de flotte qui gère des projets et développe des nouveaux modèles prédictifs et amelière notre performance de flotte.

Votre rôle en tant que chargé de projet et maintenance prédictive/performance de flotte sera de gérer des projets et développer des nouveaux modèles prédictifs et amelière pour notre performance de flotte. Le siège du programme d'avions commerciaux A220 est situé à Mirabel, dans la région métropolitaine de Montréal, à deux pas de la ville dynamique de Montréal. Definir les opportunités potentiels de maintenance prédictive pour résoudre les problemes en service

- Creer ou modifier des rapports HMU (Health Management Unit) pour la collecte de données de vol
- Travailler sur une plate-forme de données informatiques et analyser des données de séries chronologiques pour identifier un modèle de maintenance prédictive
- Travailler avec l'equipe d'ingénierie pour creer des nouveaux algorithm de maintenance prédictive
- Soutenir les utilisateurs / Customer Response Center (CRC) et repondre aux requetes pour l'algorithme
- Visiter les installations des operateurs et des fournisseurs pour enquéter, analyser et preparer des rapports techniques sur des problemes specifiques




- Preparer des rapports et des presentations sur les problemes en service
- Preparer les revues techniques avec les clients
- Soutenir le lancement de nouveaux projets
- Etre le referent pour des projets specifics (Documents de vol/Health monitoring)
- Point focal pour les formations interne/clients (Formations specialisees client, Formations internes). Etre titulaire d'un diplome d'ingénier en mecanique ou d'une licence AME ou d'un diplome equivalent
- Avoir un minimum de cinq (5) ans d'experience dans le support client ou les operations aeriennes (controle de maintenance/engineering et/ou gestion de flotte/support technique de flotte) est un atout important
- Avoir une solide competence des systemes mecanique des aéronefs
- Avoir une expeience antecedente avec l'analyse de fialibilite ou de surveillance des systemes d'aéronef (Health Monitoring)
- Etre disponible pour voyages d'affaires occasionnels. En raison du secteur d'activité (aeronautique), de multiples contacts avec des entites Airbus situées à travers du monde entier, et d'interactions avec les fournisseurs et clients également situés à travers du monde entier, la connaissance de l'anglais est demandée dans ce poste. Ce poste peut impliquer des deplacements professionnels (dans le monde entier). Possibilite d'astreinte pendant les week-ends et/ou les periodes de vacances. The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for project manager and predictive maintenance/fleet performance expert to join our In-Service Engineering team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work with the In-Service Engineering team department supporting A220 customers with regards to the aircraft systems.

The scope is covering all systems: hydro-mechanical systems (pneumatics, oxygen, flight controls, hydraulics, doors, landing gear), propulsion, avionics & electrical, including aircraft stability& control aspect. This job is key to support A220 project management and fleet performance process execution and to ensure the fleet continues to operate safely. The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as project management and predictive/fleet performance will be to manage current Fleet Performance/Predictive models as well as new projects. - Create or modify HMU (Health Management Unit) reports for flight data gathering
- Work on IT data platform and crunch time-series data to identify pattern for predictive maintenance
- Work with engineering to create a new predictive maintenance algorithm
- Support users / Customer Response Center (CRC) and answer queries for the algorithm
- Visit operator and vendor facilities to investigate, analyze and prepare technical reports on specific problem areas when required
- Prepare technical reviews with customers
- Prepare reports and presentations on in-service issues
- Support launch of new projects
- Be referent for specific projects (Flight Documents / Health monitoring)
- Focal for internal/Customer Trainings (Key Specialized Training, Internal training)
- Fleet Performance Support. Have minimum of five (5) years of experience in Customer Support or airline operations (Maintenance Control/Engineering and/or Fleet Management/Fleet Technical Support) is a strong asset
- Have a solid knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems
- You have previous experience with reliability analysis or health monitoring systems
- Available for occasional travel on short notice. Due to the sector of activity (aerospace), frequent contacts with Airbus entities worldwide, and interactions with suppliers and clients also located across the globe, proficiency in English is required for this position. This role may involve some travels for business (worldwide).

Travel Required: Occasional travel within Canada, US & Overseas Regular business travels will be expected; consequently you must be willing to travel accordingly.

Travel Required: Possible on-call duties during week-ends and/or holiday seasons.
