IT Project Manager T2 (Contract) Duration: 14-Month Contract Canadian Residency / Work Permit Required (no sponsorship available) Our client is looking for an IT Project Manager to support the integration of acquired companies into the organization, the optimization of program management release processes, and the improvement of operational efficiency. Manage the project release process end-to-end. Navigate the client's compliance landscape and manage release artifacts in PPMS, MDG structures, and Sirius.

Lead assigned projects and take responsibility for successful delivery, ensuring quality and business value. Gather requirements, identify risks, develop project timelines, manage schedules, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Prepare and present program performance reports to executive management and key stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong relationships across teams and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical business partners. Partner with Product Managers to align project execution with product vision and goals, and create JIRA reports to ensure transparency and status visibility. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging retrospective outcomes and implementing solutions that enhance team efficiency and delivery success.

Strong program management fundamentals — able to hold the full picture across teams, surface blockers early, and drive to closure without formal authority. Strong written and verbal communication in English; Familiarity with SAP tools and processes are a plus but not mandatory.
