This role is essential for conceptualizing, developing, and scaling up new chemical products and processes. You will work at the forefront of chemical innovation, translating laboratory discoveries into commercially viable solutions.

Lead the process development and scale-up activities for new chemical products from laboratory to pilot and commercial scale. Prepare technical reports,



documentation, and validation protocols for new product introductions. Ensure that all process designs comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
