Information technology A career as an Application Analyst means supporting our trading technology support team and becoming a subject matter expert on a Fixed Income (FI) electronic trading platform and providing operational and technical support to traders, business users, and technology partners. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and an interest in financial markets. No prior Fixed Income trading experience is required, but a willingness to learn complex trading workflows and systems is essential.

You’ll begin with a fairly unstructured onboarding and training period (3-5 months) during Eastern Time Zone business hours. Following training, the role transitions to an overnight schedule to support Hong Kong and London hours. Manage support documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles Communicate effectively with traders, technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders during incidents and service disruptions The IT and Operations team is made up of more than 5500 proactive, collaborative experts who work with agility to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology, and continuously improve our processes.

You are part of a team of 7 colleagues in the Electronic Trading sector and will report to the Senior Manager. Tools such as the Data Academy, Language Training, Harvard Learning Centre and coaching and mentoring support are available to you at any time. Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience working in a Linux environment Comfortable working independently during overnight support hours.
