We are seeking a talented individual to join our Growth team, part of our Risk business at Marsh. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As Chief Growth

Officer & Head of Industries you will drive market share expansion across Canada. This executive role is accountable for leading national current business growth, strengthening our presence in key markets, and elevating how we engage with the business community. As a member of the Executive Committee, you will help shape national strategy, contribute to broader business priorities, and ensure growth remains embedded across the organization.

You will lead a team of Producers and Industry Leaders while also maintaining a strong personal presence in the market. This role requires a shift from a traditional insurance-led approach to an enterprise-focused one-bringing the full breadth of our capabilities across risk and insurance, people, strategy, and capital to help clients address their most important business challenges.

Drive National

Growth and Market Share Develop and execute a national growth agenda focused on expanding market share across Canada.

Lead New Business Development

Build and advance a strong, diversified pipeline of new business opportunities. Ensure a disciplined approach to opportunity qualification, pipeline management, and forecasting. Bring the full breadth of the firm's capabilities to clients across risk and insurance, people, strategy, and capital.

Develop and maintain relationships with senior business leaders, centers of influence, and key stakeholders.



Lead by example in building trust, creating access, and converting relationships into growth opportunities. Set clear expectations for market activity, relationship building, and performance outcomes.

Foster a culture of accountability, momentum, and continuous improvement. Shape win strategies, value propositions, and executive-level messaging. Serve as a key member of the Executive Committee, contributing to national strategy and business priorities.

Establish and track clear growth metrics, including pipeline strength, win rates, and market share. Use data and market insight to refine strategy and reallocate focus as needed.
