The Community Mental Health Worker (CMHW) - Child & Adolescent will provide psychosocial assessments, counselling and evidence-informed interventions within our Mental Health & Addictions program. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, team-oriented practice with primary care and specialists, and a focus on recovery, empowerment and self-determination.

Applicants should hold a health-related social sciences degree, be registered/licensed as required, and demonstrate strong communication,
