Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. You will engage with children in various activities that promote their physical, emotional, and intellectual development. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children and have experience in early childhood education or caregiving.

Responsibilities

- Provide attentive care and supervision to the child with diverse needs in a safe workplace.
- Educate the child through engaging activities that promote learning and development.
- Assist with daily routines, including meals, naps, and playtime.
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster creativity and learning.
- Support the child with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.




- Communicate effectively with the parent regarding child's progress and any concerns.
- Observe and document child's behavior and development milestones.

Experience

- Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting is required.
- Background in early childhood education or related field is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting children with disabilities is a plus.
- Strong caregiving skills with the ability to create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative independently.
