This temporary position is essential to the coordination of Christmas Kettle locations across malls and retail spaces. You'll work closely with the Christmas Coordinator, ensuring adequate staffing and efficient operations. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service, office administration, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee several Christmas Kettle locations during campaign • Train and supervise staff and volunteers effectively • Ensure Kettle donations are secured and documented • Coordinate deliveries and pickups of Kettle setups • Maintain a positive rapport with kettle site partners

Requirements: • Minimum of one year customer service experience • Basic knowledge of administrative tasks and money handling • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work versatile shifts during the holiday season • Valid Ontario Class 'G' Driver’s License
