$20–$25/hr + paid training. Full time hours this fall, outdoors with a small, friendly crew.

We're hiring helpers to install Christmas lights and clean windows and gutters for Calgary homeowners from October 13 to December 20, Monday to Friday. No experience? We'll train you if you're safe, reliable and up for working outside.

A day on the crew

Your lead technician picks you up at a meeting point, and you ride together to 3–6 homes a day. Mornings might be gutter and window cleaning; afternoons, hanging lights along rooflines, trees and shrubs. You'll carry and set up ladders, work on roofs in a harness, and leave every home looking great. Monday to Friday, daytime hours, no weekends.

What we're looking for

- Comfortable on ladders and rooftops (we train you and supply fall-arrest gear)
- Happy working outside in the cold, in Alberta in November and December
- Able to carry ladders and equipment up to 50 lb, and to be on your feet all day
- A positive attitude, a safety-first mindset, and you work well as part of a team
- No car or licence needed: you ride with your lead
- Christmas lights, window or gutter cleaning, roofing, painting, landscaping or construction experience is a plus

This job is NOT for you if… you don't like heights, you hate the cold, or you need an indoor 9-to-5. It's real outdoor work, and we're looking for people who enjoy that.

What you get





- $20–$25/hr depending on experience, plus tips
- Full-time hours, Monday–Friday, from October 13 to December 20, plus paid light-takedown work in January
