CIMA+ is in search of a Senior Roadway Design Engineer to lead road design projects from preliminary evaluations to detailed implementations.
Your role will have a significant impact on both municipal and provincial transportation initiatives. Engage with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver high-quality design documentation and comprehensive project oversight. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design efforts for major roadway projects
- Serve as the transportation engineer on MTO projects
- Develop technical reports, drawings, and contracts
- Review plans and manage quality assessments
- Provide mentorship to less experienced engineers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in roadway design
- P.Eng. license in Ontario required
- Proven MTO and municipal project experience
- Proficient with Civil 3D and design software
