As a Claims Construction Specialist, you’ll inspect properties, assess damage, and develop accurate repair scopes and estimates. You’ll support adjusters on complex losses, provide expert guidance, and ensure work aligns with building codes and industry standards—all within a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Bring robust knowledge of building construction, inspections, and repair methods, with experience developing estimates and scopes of work for property claims. Thrive in a collaborative, professional environment and enjoy working closely with adjusters, contractors, and stakeholders. Have the ability to analyze damage, interpret building codes and bylaws, and provide clear, practical recommendations.
