Demonstrate exposure recognition through proactive file handling with strong analysis.

Document analysis of file in claims system including rationale for dispute recommendation.



Communicate in a timely and respectful manner with our legal partners Conduct investigations and identify additional information such as an independent medical examination, customer medical or employment history required to clarify and/or justify a claim. Liaising with Technical and Health Services to ensure appropriate action is in place where appropriate.

Collaboration and networking with different business units. Complete training and coaching initiatives. 2 to 3 years of Catastrophic claims handling experience and, or Catastrophic dispute handling experience. ~ Strong analytical skills and excellent planning with a high level of thoroughness ~ Knowledge of provincial legislation governing auto insurance At Intact, our Value of respect is founded on seeing diversity as a strength.
