Safe and efficient operation of bulk transport vehicle. Adhere to Dairy Industry Act and Regulations. Maintain strong communication with peers, customers, and General Manager/Operations Manager. Fuel vehicle, check oil, and report required repairs/maintenance. Load truck with minimal to no product loss. Unload truck with minimal to no product loss. Cleaning exterior and inside the tanks of bulk milk trucks.

We expect all employees that are driving company vehicles to behave like the qualified driver they are. On-The-Job Performance The Bulk Milk Tanker Driver has a somewhat physically demanding job.
Environmental Conditions The Bulk Milk Tanker
Driver may encounter noise, vibration,
poor weather conditions or heavy traffic that may cause physical stress for the driver. There may be several collections that must be made in an effective and efficient manner.
The Bulk Milk Tanker
Driver must work independently and is expected to maintain a schedule. Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision. Ability to deal effectively with all customers. Must be willing to work night shift and weekends. Class 1 driver’s license to operate and drive company vehicles. Must pass a company driving test. Must pass pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening. Must pass company training period and obtain Milk Graders Licence. Membership in Teamsters Local Union No.
