Roughneck Hauling and Rentals Ltd. is seeking an on-call reliable and experienced driver to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Operate a 1‑ton pickup truck to transport equipment between job sites and shops
- Navigate rural and remote oilfield roads, including lease roads, in varying weather and terrain conditions.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
- Secure loads properly and ensure all transported materials meet safety and regulatory requirements.
- Complete accurate logbooks, fuel records, delivery notes, and digital documentation.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing equipment, including small tools, parts, and materials.

Experience

- Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience, preferably with one- ton pick ups, gooseneck trailers or light duty fleet vehicles.




- Oilfield tool and equipment knowledge, including safe handling, loading, and transporting.
- Familiarity with client site procedures, field documentation, and safety expectations.
- Experience working independently in fast‑paced, changing field conditions.

Requirements

- 3 years of commercial driving experience
- Clean Commercial Drivers Abstract
- H2S, CSO, TDG and First Aid

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
