Serenity Shine Cleaning Services is a growing, 5-star residential and commercial cleaning company serving Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Burlington, Oakville, Ancaster, Mississauga and surrounding areas.

We are looking for dedicated, reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous professional cleaning experience, take pride in their work, and be comfortable working both independently and alongside other team members.

Responsibilities

- Perform detailed residential and commercial cleaning
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, offices, hallways and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust and sanitize surfaces
- Clean fixtures, appliances, mirrors, baseboards and other detailed areas as required
- Remove garbage and replace liners
- Restock supplies when required
- Use cleaning products, chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
- Follow client-specific cleaning checklists and detailed instructions
- Maintain Serenity Shine’s cleanliness and quality standards at every appointment
- Report damages, maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management
- Assist with deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans and other special cleaning projects when scheduled
- Properly care for company-provided cleaning supplies and equipment

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of qualified cleaning experience preferred
- Previous experience working for a professional cleaning company is strongly preferred and should be reflected on your resume
- Residential cleaning experience is required
- Commercial cleaning experience is considered an asset




- Must have a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Must have a working cellphone with data/GPS
- Must be willing and able to travel between client locations during scheduled shifts
- Must be comfortable driving up to approximately 20-50 km to and from client locations when required
- Must be available for daytime shifts, generally between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
- Must be physically capable of standing, bending, lifting and cleaning for extended periods
- Must be able to lift approximately 20–50 lbs when required
- Must be punctual, dependable and able to show up ready to work
- Must have strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Must be able to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently without constant supervision
- Must have a positive, professional and respectful attitude with clients and team members

Job Type Part-time

Approximately 10–20 hours per week, with opportunity for additional hours based on availability and business needs.

Pay

Starting at $20.00 per hour, with gas/travel compensation where applicable.

Valid Driver’s Licence — Required

Experience

Professional Cleaning: 2 years preferred
