Maintain the reception area and shared office spaces to a high standard Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies Work closely with colleagues to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the office Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed 1+ years of experience in a high-touch client-facing environment, such as luxury hospitality, upscale spa or wellness, premium retail, private clubs or another service-focused setting ~ A genuine service mindset and enjoyment of interacting with people ~ Professional judgment and confidence interacting with clients, executives and senior professionals ~ Experience within a professional or corporate environment is an asset, but not required This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take their client service experience into a sophisticated corporate environment.
