We are looking for a full time Receptionist to join our Yellowknife team. Our administrative personnel play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the firm. The receptionist is proactively engaged in providing superior client service and is focused on attentively supporting all staff.

Answer phones, open and deliver mail, and coordinate courier services

- Log in/track client year end records and personal taxes
- Assembling personal tax returns and other miscellaneous documents; e.g. stationary, food orders, etc. Assist with management of marketing materials and inventory




- Actively participate in the planning and execution of company events
- Assist remote staff/teams and contractors by tracking and coordinating the delivery of both electronic and hard copy client records and acting as a liaison to ensure smooth execution of client service. This position requires 1 year work experience in customer service and/or in an professional office environment.
