Ratcliff LLP is seeking a receptionist to be the first point of contact with our clients. This position works closely with our Office Services and Facilities & Hospitality staff and interacts regularly with all the firm’s lawyers and staff. This position is full time, in-office at our North Vancouver location.

Receiving incoming calls on a multi-line phone system Welcoming clients to the office; escorting them to meeting rooms and providing coffee or water as requested Fielding incoming calls to determine who can best assist Responsible for boardroom bookings and assisting with firm events and functions Performing general housekeeping of reception area, boardrooms and kitchens as required Assisting with the management of lawyers’ calendars Performing various administrative responsibilities as required such as posting mailing costs, assisting with company mail outs and document scanning Liaising with building maintenance and security as needed One year of reception or administrative experience, preferably in a professional office Must be computer literate have experienced in MS Office Previous work experience in a law firm is an asset In addition to a competitive salary of $50,000 - $53,000 annually, we offer many benefits designed to support your well-being and promote a healthy work-life balance.
