Associate will embody an energetic, professional, approachable, positive, outgoing, and motivated spirit. This role focuses on delivering the highest level of client service and sales for River City Events' products and services through opportunity-based rental and sales quotas. Providing top-tier client service to both current and potential clients.

Reaching business targets through excellent telephone, sales, and communication skills. Greet, direct,



and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and enthusiasm, always ensuring the highest level of service. Answering and referring inbound calls, assisting inquiries and doing rental quotations through the order desk, phone, web, and direct client contact - ensuring every client feels valued and supported.

Coordinating and communicating office activities, supporting showroom organization/maintenance, and providing clerical support to the Client Care and Administration teams. Building authentic, long-lasting client relationships while consistently hitting sales goals.
