As a Personal Insurance Associate for our Renewal Team, you will help protect individuals most valuable assets. In this role, you will provide outstanding client service through your positive, friendly manner while educating clients in your excellent product knowledge in habitational, travel, and automobile insurance. Proactively engage with clients prior to their policy renewals to review existing coverage, identify potential gaps, and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet their evolving needs.

Build and nurture relationships with clients by offering exceptional service and ensuring their policies are up-to-date and accurately reflect their circumstances. Stay informed and knowledgeable about Personal Lines products, ensuring the ability to provide expert advice and solutions. Enjoy flexibility with a hybrid role that allows for a combination of in-branch and remote work Minimum 1-year Personal Insurance experience Level 2 General Insurance License is an asset, but not required Desire and proactive ability to deliver exceptional client service Industry designation would be considered an asset (CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma)
