This role serves as a trusted executive advisor, drives business development, and leads teams or initiatives with significant market or enterprise impact. Oversight of highly complex, high-revenue, high-visibility book with enterprise-level clients, often with complex funding models and custom service structures that require very high service intensity and deep strategic engagement.

Serves as a trusted advisor to key client stakeholders and is an expert in the client lifecycle process. Drives business development and prospect strategy as a subject matter expert serving the Employee Benefits department. Maintains networking with carriers and clients.

Coaches, mentors, and develops staff and ensures team members receive support needed to grow.
