Client Experience Specialist/ Customer Service Representative Job Category : Service Posted : Full-Time On-site At National Seating & Mobility (NSM) , we help people move forward with greater independence, confidence and comfort . We provide personalized seating, mobility and positioning solutions to clients across Canada—and we are looking for a Client Experience Specialist to be an important part of that journey. Welcome and support clients in person, by phone and by email.

Help clients with equipment questions and identify solutions that meet their needs. Coordinate repairs and service for wheelchairs, lifts and other mobility equipment. Prepare quotes, work orders, customer orders and related documentation.

Maintain accurate client records and information in our systems. Process delivery, billing,



reservation and service information. Customer service experience, preferably with technical products, equipment or services.

Strong organization, attention to detail and time-management skills. Comfortable learning recent technology and computer systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel. A positive, collaborative attitude and a genuine passion for helping people.
