Part-Time Customer Service Representative Billyard Insurance Group (BIG), Georgetown, ON | In-Person Billyard Insurance Group is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative at our Georgetown location. As the first point of contact for existing clients, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, accessing carrier portals to process service requests, and contacting clients regarding policy renewals and additional coverage options. At our Georgetown office, you will work alongside experienced advisors in a small team environment with flexible scheduling, direct mentorship, and opportunities for long-term growth opportunities, including full-time positions and broker licensing.
Minimum 1 year of Canadian work experience Strong professional English communication skills (verbal and written) Comfortable working with online portals and general office technology
