The work arrangement is fully on-site at our Place Ville Marie office. Deliver exceptional client service by handling incoming calls, emails, and requests in a professional, timely, and solutions-oriented manner. Work closely with Client Relationship Managers to provide seamless operational and administrative support, ensuring the efficient management of client accounts.

Assist in preparing client reviews, reports, and other key deliverables to enhance client satisfaction.
